Watson, the gift that keeps on giving

Watson, the gift that keeps on giving

Sea Shepherd and criminal Paul Watson have been declared by the United State Court of Appeals for  the Ninth Circuit to be in contempt of Court.   This happened because Sea Shepherd and criminal Watson violated a court injunction from 2012.  The injunction prohibited Sea Shepherd and criminal Watson from sailing within 500 yards of the Japanese whaling fleet in the Southern Ocean.

Typical response from the clowns of the floating circus they ignored the injunction and continued their harassment of the Japanese whaling fleet in the Southern Ocean.  This violation resulted in the Institute of Cetacean Research – ICR (Japanese whalers) and Kyodo Senpaku Kaisha, Ltd to file a complaint with the court asking payment to satisfy damages caused by violating the injunction.

December 19th, 2014 the Court ruled in favor of the Japanese and allowing for payment in a minimum amount of two million dollars, if not more. Once again criminal Watson is proving to be more of a liability than an asset to Sea Shepherd.

Sea Shepherd has spent a fortune in lawyer fees, court cost, and paying judgments.  The minions and suckers who donate to Sea Shepherd to save the oceans and the creatures therein have seen their money squandered in the judicial system.  Where are Sea Shepherd’s successes in saving sea creatures?  Possibly:

-          The Faroe Islands, Sea Shepherd failed to stop any Grinds (whale harvesting).

-          Sea Shepherd failed to inhibit the capture of Bluefin in the Mediterranean Sea.

-          Sea Shepherd spends six months a year in Taij, Japan, and the dolphin harvest continues.

-          Sea Shepherd has not stopped the Japanese from whaling in the Southern Ocean.  The whaling there has been postponed this season only because the governments of Australia and New Zealand filed a complaint with the International Court of Justice.

As of this writing Cabin Boy on the rust bucket garbage scow Bob Barker, along with the Sam Simon rust bucket garbage scow are chasing a vessel they claimed they arrested.  More money from the suckers being burned.
