Sea Shepherd and Japan go to court, the audio
On the 9th of October, 2012 appearing in front of
the United States Ninth Circuit Court were lawyers from Japan’s Institute of
Cetacean Research and Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. Justices:
Judge Alex Kozinski, appointed by President Ronald Reagan
Judge A. Wallace Tashima, appointed by President ClintonJudge Smith, appointed by President G.W. Bush
