Catfish Fry with Tony
During the Lent season; which starts from Ash Wednesday in
February to 40 days later on Easter Sunday, Roman Catholics do not eat meat on
Fridays.
In the spirit of assisting with this fasting on Fridays
during Lent, the Knights of Columbus in many Catholic Churches conduct Fish
Frys as fund raiser. In Texas many fry
catfish the fish of choice.
This video shows the men working, goofing off, and
eating. Fish is fried and fish is
baked.
