Obama and the Democrat healthcare plan is unconstitutional, no surprise ...

Federal Judge Roger Vinson (appointed by President Ronald Reagan) ruled the healthcare legislation passed by the Democrats in the House of Representatives, led by Democrat Nancy Pelosi, passed by the Democrats in the Senate, led by Harry Reid, and signed into law by the head of the regime, President Barak Obama (Democrat) to be unconstitutional.

So? Like the Democrats care. The Constitution to the Democrat leadership of the 21st century is nothing but a hindrance to them.

The case is likely headed to The Supreme Court. Currently the makeup is four conservatives, four liberals, and one on the fence. The four conservative justices would be wise not to enter Fort Marcy Park in Washington, DC, and be aware of their backs. Why? In Tucson, Arizona during the attempted assassination of Representative Giffords, a federal judge who was the Chief Federal Judge, John Roll was murdered at the event.

No conspiracy, but curious: Judge Roll Chief Federal Judge in Arizona, appointed by a Republican President, George W. Bush, was a constitutionalist, and anti-illegal immigration. The Obama regime has Arizona in their cross-hairs because the Arizona governor is Republican and also because the legislature passed anti-illegal immigration bill. Which the Obama regime ins challenging in Federal Court, the Federal Court in Arizona Judge John Roll was the Chief of.

Now the Obama regime will appoint a replacement, a Democrat sympathetic to writing law into the constitution and ruling in favor of the regime.

Principle author of The Declaration of Independence and third president of the United States, Thomas Jefferson once said,

“When a government is afraid of its people there is freedom, when people are afraid of their government there is tyranny.”

It was Vladimir Lenin, who said,

“The goal of socialism is communism.”

NOTE: the odd sound throughout this video is not fluctuating; it is the sound of the plastic wheels on the chair moving on the plastic mat over the wooden floors.
