2008 Presidential Elections the abortion issue

This election is one of the most important in the United States of America (USA) since the election of 1860, when Abraham Lincoln was elected President.

In 1973 when the Supreme Court ruled there was a womans right to an abortion constitutionally protected, that was a move by activist judges hallucinating a non-existence right in that document. Which clearly defined the difference between activist judges and strict constructionist judges? Strict constructionist judges read the constitution as written and as intended by the 55 delegates to the Constitutional Convention in 1787, and discussed in the Federalist Papers.

Senator Barack Obama believes there is a womans right to an abortion clearly stated in the constitution, and will appoint justices with the same belief. Senator John McCain believes no such right exists in the constitution and will appoint justices with the same belief.

In actuality the legality of abortion constitutional does no lie with the federal government, but with the 50 individual states. The Tenth Amendment to the constitution reads:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Meaning the responsibility belongs to the states since abortion is no where mentioned. During this next Presidential cycle there could be 3 to 4openings on the Supreme Court.

Meaning the issue of abortion could finally be decided, thus making this election a decision between life and death.

Another import aspect of this election is, do you want this nation to be socialist? Then vote for Senator Obama. Do you want to enhance our capitalism? Then vote for Senator McCain. Most import of all, please make sure you do vote.
